Shafaq On Sister Falaq: Don't Ask Me To Wash Dirty Linen In Public
SpotboyE.com reaches Shafaq to talk about her warring sister Falaq who went ballistic about their 'differences' this morning in a section of the media. Shafaq sounded disturbed no doubt but hinted that Falaq would have been wiser if she had tried to thrash it out with her personally. But Falaq had claimed that Shafaq is unreachable. Then how did we reach her?
This morning, we woke up to the fracas of the Naaz sisters being seen on public
domain, courtesy sister Falaq. Last seen in Shankar Jai Kishan 3 In 1, Falaq
told Bombay Times that her sister Shafaq and she haven’t met for the past two
years. “For the past two years, I haven’t
heard anything from Shafaq. We are not in contact and I would request people to
stop asking me about Shafaq or what she is up to these days. Please stop
bothering me with queries related to her,” she revealed.
According to Falaq in Bombay Times, Shafaq, who is seen
in the show Mahakali- Anth Hi Aarambh Hai, had put allegations against their
mother of splurging away her money. “Under the influence of someone from our
family, she (Shafaq) fought with my mother and left us without thinking about
the consequences. Though she never fought with me, I am not able to fathom the
fact that she put such serious allegations on our mother. She, being a single
mother, has sacrificed a lot for us. I have seen my mother do so much for us
and can’t leave her like this. I can’t see my mom suffer every day and
therefore, have broken ties with her. While leaving us, she herself said that
we are dead for her.”
Asked if she ever tried to reconcile with her
sibling, Falaq said, “I tried, but she never responded. We don’t have her
contact number, so I tried to contact her through mutual friends, but the
result was not positive. I don’t want our personal life to be discussed in the
public domain, but I am left with no other option than declaring that we have
nothing to do with her now.”
Shafaq Naaz With Falaq Naaz
An hour ago, we got in touch with Shafaq for her side of
the story. "I am a very private person and I don't talk about my private
life ever. And I don't wish to talk now also. This is our family matter and I
feel it's should be solved within our four walls only. I don't know Falaq's
intention of dragging this in public. I am not saying she is right or she is
wrong. That's absolutely her choice. But I personally don't appreciate this,
and so will not like to fuel this further. Even they know and I know who is
right or who is wrong. There is no point of proving to the world. I am not
comfortable talking about it honestly," and she refused to elaborate any
further, when prodded.
So that's that! These two
sisters are as different as chalk and cheese. One likes to wash dirty linen in
public. The other seems to hate it.
